  • I just ordered, when will my order ship out?

    We cannot wait for you to see your new home goods in person! Our team ships everyday of the week (Mon-Fri), so expect a tracking number in 2-4 business days. If you have any questions about your order please fill out the contact form and we will be more than happy to help!

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, for Canadian orders we offer free shipping over $175 and for US orders over $250!

  • What are your planters made of?

    Excellent question! Our planters are made of a custom sourced fibreglass compound that is the same material used in components of cars, kayaks and boats, hence why they are lightweight! We chose this material because of its durability (rated for -20 C/-4 F), its nonporous properties and it being an overall high quality material. Our planters are thick-walled and finished in outdoor durable paint, so they can be used outdoors and indoors.

  • How do I care for my planter?

    We use professional quality paint that can endure the elements, however, due to their unique characteristics, they can be prone to scuffs, scratches and cracks if not handled with care. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe down any dirt marks that may occur.

  • How do I know which size of planter will fit my plant?

    We got you covered! The easiest way is to measure its current nursery plastic pot. All you need to know is the diameter x height. The best rule of thumb is for your Hudson and Oak planter to be 2 inches larger than your current nursery pot. Still feeling lost?   • What if something is out of stock?

    We try our best to keep items in stock but in the case an item you have your eye on is out of stock, we added email notifications to the product page. When the item comes back in stock then we will email you first! Also another way to stay in the loop is to follow us on instagram @hudsonandoak where we announce all of our restocks and subscribe to our newsletter. Want to know a certain ETA?   • Is your tableware dishwasher safe?

    Yes! Dishwasher, microwave and oven safe up to 450 degrees.

  • Do you offer services for other businesses, interior designers, hotels or restaurants?

    Yes, we are happy to offer exclusive pricing to trade partners. Please fill out our wholesale form and a team member will get back to you with any additional questions.

  • I broke a dish! What should I do?

  • Does your dishware scratch?

    All matte and semi-matte finishes are susceptible to superficial marks from your flatware but they’re not scratches, this is a residue which is removable with a mixture of lemon and baking soda or Bar keeper’s Friend. Give your dishes a light scrub for new life!


  • Do your tableware items vary from one to the next?

    Our tableware is hand finished and made of 100% porcelain. Each piece is made using locally sourced and recycled clay. Allowing slight variations in the natural glaze, while remaining consistency in size.

  • Do you dishes stack?

    Our tableware item are meant to stack with each item of the same group. When we go to ship your items we do test each stacking. For safety we recommend to only stack 4 high and within the same colour.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    Yes, we offer a wholesale program! Fill out our wholesale inquiry form and one of our team members will be happy to answer all your questions!


  • Where do you ship to?

    At the moment we ship to Canada + USA. However, we never say never so if you are international, send us a message and we can always look into a shipping quote for you!

  • What should I do with the packaging my order arrives in?

    Our packaging is almost 100% recyclable with the exception of styrofoam and bubble wrap in unique cases. 


  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    Due to our products being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note all pantry items are final sale. All items that are on sale are final sale. If you should have a question or concern please reach out to us via our contact form.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We offer a 4 hour cancellation window after your order has been placed. After the 4 hour mark we cannot guarantee we can cancel since your order will start to be fulfilled by our team.


  • What is the Shipping Protection Insurance?

    We recommend you add shipping protection to your order, it is a small additional cost and will insure your items in the event of loss or damage. If you do have any damage please email hey@hudsonandoak.com and our team will be there to help. Note that once shipping insurance is purchased it is non-refundable. Hudson and Oak is not responsible for uninsured orders in these events. It is also a great tool to track your order every step of the way!
